We are seeking a Connect & EDI Integration Specialist to own the delivery side of two growing product lines — getting customers fully operational and making sure they stay that way.

In this role, you'll lead Guided Development sessions alongside customer engineering teams, building integrations and solving real problems together. On the EDI side, you'll own the full trading partner onboarding lifecycle — from gathering specs and building transaction maps to coordinating testing cycles and driving every partner through to go-live.

The position combines deep technical integration work with direct customer engagement, requiring someone who can operate confidently in both developer conversations and business stakeholder discussions. You'll work across Fortune 500 environments in transportation, manufacturing, and financial services — building solutions that handle real data at scale, and handing off clean, well-documented work that customers can actually own after you leave.

3+ years in integration experience including API development or EDI implementation

Working knowledge of EDI standards, particularly X12 transaction sets (850, 856, 810, 997, and others)

Basic scripting ability in JavaScript or similar — enough to read, modify, and troubleshoot integration code

Familiarity with REST API patterns and how systems exchange data

Experience managing trading partner onboarding or customer implementation projects

Strong communication skills — you can explain technical concepts clearly to both developers and business stakeholders

Organized and comfortable managing multiple active projects simultaneously without things slipping

Every job requires English proficiency, being based in LATAM.

Bonus Skills

Experience with EDI translation platforms such as Sterling, TrueCommerce, SPS Commerce, or DiCentral

Background in supply chain, logistics, or retail EDI environments

Familiarity with IBM i or AS/400 systems — learnable on the job but a real advantage

Experience working in a managed services or outsourced implementation model

Exposure to EDIFACT or other international EDI standards
