As a Director of Client Growth, you’ll lead strategies to maximize client retention and revenue expansion across a portfolio of nonprofit partners. The role focuses on driving customer lifetime value through data-driven insights, renewals, and upsell opportunities. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the client journey and deliver impactful, scalable growth initiatives. You’ll also build and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring world-class client care and engagement. This position is ideal for a strategic leader passionate about combining analytics, execution, and people leadership to drive measurable results.

7+ years in Account Management, Client Success Management, or similar roles

Proven experience leading client growth, account management, or sales initiatives within a B2B digital environment.

Hands-on experience providing exceptional support in a client-facing role.

Proven ability to increase revenue from the client base, and manage a large portfolio of clients.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with dynamic personalities.

Experience identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional features, contributing to revenue growth.

Expertise leading the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and quick adoption of a product.

Every job requires English proficiency, being based in LATAM.

Bonus Skills

Experience with SaaS platforms.

Knowledge of Salesforce CRM.

Expertise in Intercom.

Past experience in the nonprofit sector.
