The client is building an AI-powered platform that helps employees navigate critical housing challenges, from urgent support needs to long-term stability and wellness. They are looking for Full Stack Developers to join a nearshore team and help build the product from the ground up, working across React, FastAPI, Python, PostgreSQL, AWS, and LLM integrations. This is a hands-on role for engineers who enjoy turning clear specs into clean, scalable features, moving fast in agile sprints, and contributing to a mission-driven product with real-world impact.

3+ years in Full Stack Engineer

Strong Python skills including FastAPI or Flask/Django, async patterns, and REST API design.

Proficiency in React 18 — hooks, component architecture, state management, and mobile-responsive layouts.

PostgreSQL experience covering schema design, query optimization, and migrations.

Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent) in production environments.

AWS fundamentals including S3, RDS, IAM, and deployment pipelines.

Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code.

Comfortable working against specs such as user stories, acceptance criteria, and PRDs.

Every job requires English proficiency, being based in LATAM.

Bonus Skills

Experience with pgvector or other vector databases — RAG pipelines and semantic search.

Multi-tenant SaaS architecture including rules engines, tenant isolation, and per-client configuration.

Familiarity with agentic AI patterns including tool use, multi-step reasoning, and structured outputs.

Experience with Alembic for database migrations.

Background in healthcare or benefits including HIPAA awareness and PHI handling.

Experience with Vite build tooling and Tailwind CSS.
