Our client is looking for a Staff Data / ML / Data Science Engineer to help build the data foundation behind a modern direct mail platform. This is a high-impact, staff-level role with broad ownership across ingestion, transformation, dimensional modeling, attribution, and the serving layers that power both product features and analytics.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to shape technical direction, own meaningful parts of a modern data stack, and raise the bar for how data is modeled, transformed, and served across the company. The role can flex around a candidate’s strengths in data engineering, ML engineering, or data science, making it ideal for a senior technical leader who enjoys building scalable systems, partnering closely with product and engineering, and mentoring other data practitioners.
