Strong hands-on experience with Webflow, including Webflow Designer, CMS, components, forms, interactions, and responsive breakpoints.

Proven track record building high-quality, conversion-focused marketing pages.

Solid HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills, with ability to extend Webflow using custom code.

Experience creating scalable, modular systems that non-technical teams can easily manage.

Familiarity with A/B testing, CRO, analytics, and experimentation workflows.

Strong focus on performance, accessibility, SEO, and responsive QA.

Every job requires English proficiency, being based in LATAM.

Bonus Skills

Experience with tools like PostHog, Optimizely, or similar.

Background in e-commerce, checkout flows, or subscription-based products.

Experience integrating Webflow with CRMs, marketing tools, or automation systems.

Understanding of conversion-driven user journeys (landing pages, PDPs, checkout flows).

Exposure to health, wellness, or other trust-sensitive industries.
