You’ll help shape a data-driven culture by turning complex data into clear, actionable insights. Working closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and other teams, you'll develop metrics frameworks, optimize reporting pipelines, and guide strategic decisions through advanced analytics. Using tools like SQL and Tableau, you'll define success, measure impact, and drive improvements across the business. You'll also have the chance to mentor others and foster innovation through data-informed product and business enhancements.

This is a hybrid position in Mexico City.

6+ years in Data Analysis (Sr.)

Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL and Python.

Experience building dashboards and visualizations in Tableau or similar BI tools.

Ability to interpret complex data using advanced analytics, such as predictive modeling, to forecast trends and optimize business outcomes.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Product analytics experience

Every job requires English proficiency, being based in LATAM.

Bonus Skills

Experience with dbt Cloud or similar tools.

Knowledge of ETL pipelines and data warehouse best practices.

Knowledge of techniques such as regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and multivariate analysis.

10-15 teams divided into 3 main areas of the product:

Revenue Cycle Management: Responsible for all billing-related tasks, including automation, management, and integration with insurance payers.

Clinician Core, Ecosystem, and Provider Services: Clinician Core: Focuses on improving the clinician's user experience and handles tasks related to practice management, such as appointments, clinician documents, and client management. Ecosystem: A cross-functional group that handles tasks impacting other engineering teams and internal assignments. Provider Services: Focuses on the clinician side, responsible for connecting the product to the complete life cycle of clinicians' careers and expanding their networks and businesses.

Monarch Product: A public-facing service connecting patients to clinicians, with its own team/organization that integrates with the main product.

Each team has 10-15 members: 1 Engineer Manager / 1-2 Product Owners / 2 Backend Developers / 4 Data Engineers / 7 Data Analysts.

Development methodology
