This position focuses on building and evolving scalable applications that power seamless commercial insurance experiences. You’ll have the opportunity to own key systems end-to-end, collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions. The role involves driving architectural decisions, improving engineering practices, and contributing to high-impact, cross-functional initiatives. You’ll also play a key role in enhancing system reliability, supporting production operations, and promoting best practices across the team. With a strong emphasis on mentorship, you’ll help elevate fellow engineers while fostering a collaborative and inclusive engineering culture.

5+ years in Full Stack Engineering (Sr)

Strong proficiency in TypeScript across frontend and backend.

Solid experience with React and modern frontend development.

Hands-on experience with AWS, particularly serverless (Lambda, queues, event-driven patterns).

Deep architecture and design knowledge with experience in microservices and service-oriented architecture.

Understanding of failure modes in distributed/serverless systems and how to design around them.

Every job requires English proficiency, being based in LATAM.

Bonus Skills

Experience with insurance, fintech, or other regulated industries.

Exposure to high-traffic or high-scale product environments.

Experience with C#.
