The ideal candidate for this role is a Full Stack Engineer with experience or a desire to learn growth experimentation techniques to join their Growth Team. You will be able to use your deep engineering expertise to make changes on their Ruby backend and React/Javascript frontend to drive additional signups, activated users, and revenue. This role will help identify and prioritize opportunities focused on areas of their product like signup, onboarding, activation, and retention, using data-driven experimentation and working in rapid iteration cycles.

5+ years in Software Engineer (Sr)

Experience with Ruby on Rails and React.

Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog.

Capability to write and implement CI/CD systems.

Proficient in diagnosing issues efficiently and reliably, with an ability to discuss decisions in terms of trade-offs and best practices.

Deep understanding and extensive experience in designing and building systems using object-oriented programming languages.

Proven track record of building various API protocols and architectures from the ground up, including REST and GraphQL.

Deployment and operational experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Heroku.

Confidence in architecting features independently, with a strong ability to navigate challenges.

Experience in shipping, operating, scaling, and supporting applications in a high-traffic SaaS environment.

Thoughtful decision-making skills, recognizing when to act quickly and when to prioritize thoroughness.

Every job requires English proficiency, being based in LATAM.
