5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer (Sr).

Solid technical proficiency in both frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Tailwind, etc.) and backend development (.NET, Azure Cloud, etc.).

Hands on experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure, including deployment, scalability, and performance optimization.

Proven ability to lead and manage teams, including remote/offshore developers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Understanding of agile methodologies and experience in an agile development environment.

Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver results within the set timelines.

Every job requires English proficiency, being based in LATAM.

Bonus Skills
