We're looking for a senior software engineer to join a platform team building internal developer tooling in Go. This is an implementer-focused role: high-level designs and standards are set by our platform tech lead, and we need someone who can execute reliably against a specced backlog, ship production-quality tooling, and document it well enough for other engineers to use independently.

This is not a DevOps/SRE role. We're looking for someone who builds platform tooling — not someone whose day-to-day is cluster operations.

Go in production — writes Go daily; builds and maintains services, not just deploys them

Terraform module authoring — has designed reusable modules used by other teams, not just consumed them

Docker builds & publishing — multi-stage builds, registry/release workflows

GitHub Actions authoring — builds reusable actions/workflows, not just uses existing CI

Kubernetes/Helm — working knowledge to ship tooling on K8s; not a cluster-ops role

Executes against provided designs — strong implementer against a specced backlog; writes docs other engineers actually use

Every job requires English proficiency, being based in LATAM.

Bonus Skills

Platform design experience — base-image strategy, observability standards, tooling architecture

Datadog — especially monitors/dashboards via the Terraform provider

OpenAPI toolchain — code generation, Spectral or similar spec linting

Internal developer portal / service catalog experience (Cortex, Backstage, or similar)

ArgoCD / GitOps workflows

Project templating (cookiecutter or similar)

Prior platform/DevEx team experience serving internal engineering customers
