Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Python, and React.

Solid background in PostgreSQL and data infrastructure.

Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools.

Product-minded and business-oriented — able to take initiative, propose priorities, and constructively challenge decisions.

Comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy in a small, fast-moving startup environment.

Every job requires English proficiency, being based in LATAM.

Bonus Skills

Familiarity with Databricks and Lakebase (or willingness to migrate toward these tools).

Interest in learning the oil & gas accounting domain.

Experience as a high-impact generalist in early-stage or startup environments.
