5+ years in Network Engineering

Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewall administration is required, including PAN-OS and Panorama.

Experience offboarding/onboarding firewalls between Panorama instances, provisioning public IPs and inbound rules, deploying Panorama in AWS, and remediating PAN-OS CVEs through firewall upgrades.

Solid understanding of AWS networking fundamentals is required, including VPC, subnets, NACLs, routing, and Transit/Hub VPC patterns.

Experience with VPN and IPSEC tunnel configuration across regions and remote sites.

Experience with core data-center networking tasks, such as switch decommissioning.

Every job requires English proficiency, being based in LATAM.

Bonus Skills

Familiarity with secrets and credential management tools (e.g., CyberArk for firewall and service account credentials).

Ability to work with IaC tools like Terraform.

In this role, you'll be expected to take ownership of the following responsibilities as part of your day-to-day work:

You will support our Infrastructure Engineering team in operating and evolving our hybrid network across AWS and on-premise data center and remote office environments. This is a hands-on role focused on day-to-day connectivity and security work: creating and assigning VPC subnets (including DB and DR subnets) across test, stage, beta, prod, and DR accounts, building and updating NACL and security group rules, opening and cleaning up firewall ports, and troubleshooting connectivity issues spanning VPNs, EC2 access, storage gateways, and cross-account service communication. Comfort migrating workloads and connectivity from on-prem into AWS is important.

The role leans heavily on Palo Alto firewall administration, so we're looking for strong hands-on experience with PAN-OS and Panorama, including offboarding/onboarding firewalls between Panorama instances, provisioning public IPs and inbound rules, deploying Panorama in AWS, and remediating PAN-OS CVEs through firewall upgrades. You should also be solid on AWS networking fundamentals (VPC, subnets, NACLs, routing, Transit/Hub VPC patterns), VPN and IPSEC tunnel configuration across regions and remote sites, and core data-center networking tasks like switch decommissioning. Familiarity with secrets and credential management (e.g., CyberArk for firewall and service account credentials) and ability to work with IaC tools like Terraform is a plus.

You will pick up infrastructure requests through Jira, work changes through our standard change-management process, and partner closely with our systems engineering, security, and application teams to make sure network design and controls line up with how our services actually run. You'll work directly with application teams to troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues, tracing problems across firewalls, NACLs, VPNs, and routing to find and fix the root cause. We want someone who can take a loosely defined connectivity or firewall request, figure out the right design, and execute it cleanly with minimal hand-holding.
