Provide Tier I support for a Salesforce environment by acknowledging, triaging, and resolving user-reported issues through the Freshservice helpdesk. This role focuses on Salesforce declarative administration (configuration, security, automation troubleshooting, and reporting), escalating issues that require deeper engineering intervention. Salesforce development skills are a plus.
