You’ll have the opportunity to be at the forefront of building product features that help clinicians work effectively and efficiently, providing quality care to patients. You’ll be designing experiments, building robust models, tuning prompts, implementing LLM evals, and driving projects from idea to prototype to production with product, engineering and devOps teams. You’ll also play an important role in the roadmapping exercises of the ML platform.

10-15 teams divided into 3 main areas of the product:

Revenue Cycle Management: Responsible for all billing-related tasks, including automation, management, and integration with insurance payers.

Clinician Core, Ecosystem, and Provider Services: Clinician Core: Focuses on improving the clinician's user experience and handles tasks related to practice management, such as appointments, clinician documents, and client management. Ecosystem: A cross-functional group that handles tasks impacting other engineering teams and internal assignments. Provider Services: Focuses on the clinician side, responsible for connecting the product to the complete life cycle of clinicians' careers and expanding their networks and businesses.

Monarch Product: A public-facing service connecting patients to clinicians, with its own team/organization that integrates with the main product.

Each team has 10-15 members: 1 Engineer Manager / 1-2 Product Owners / 2 Backend Developers / 4 Data Engineers / 7 Data Analysts.

Development methodology
