Boston, Massachusetts, United States (REMOTE)
A leading food-tech company powering workplace meals for organizations across the United States. Through its technology platform and network of 125,000+ restaurant partners, it helps businesses seamlessly manage everything from daily employee meals to large-scale events, delivering a reliable and scalable experience for both workplaces and restaurants nationwide.
As a Senior Product Manager on Meal Program, you'll lead Scheduling Optimization — the capability that decides which restaurants get scheduled for a company's recurring meals, when, and why. Today, schedule quality depends heavily on manual effort from our Operations team. Your job is to change that: build a scheduling system that's effortless for company admins, makes great restaurant picks on its own, takes admin input when they want to give it, learns from eater feedback across every company we serve, and keeps getting better over time. This is a foundational, algorithm-driven capability for Meal Program's growth, and you'll partner closely with a dedicated ML/AI technical lead, plus Engineering, Design, Analytics, and our Operations and Sales teams, to build it.
