We’re looking for a highly technical Tech Lead / Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional team of frontend, backend, and QA engineers. This person should be able to combine technical leadership, team management, and strong execution, while working closely with product and leadership in a fast-paced startup environment. The role is ideal for someone who can balance engineering quality, speed, and business impact, while helping the team scale, improve processes, and deliver consistently.
What you’ll do:
● Lead a cross-functional engineering team to deliver high-quality software on time
● Drive technical decisions, architecture, and engineering standards across the team
● Partner with product and leadership to make smart trade-offs and align execution with business goals
● Improve team processes, delivery, and overall engineering effectiveness
