This position is ideal for engineers who are eager to build scalable, real-world products. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with a CTO and a senior team on a platform that supports core business operations end to end. The role focuses on designing and building across a wide surface area, from inventory and logistics to payments and reporting. You’ll operate in an AI-first environment, leveraging tools to enhance delivery while owning system design, architecture, and product decisions. You’ll also help shape the future of the engineering team as it grows.

7+ years in Full Stack Engineering

4+ years of backend engineering experience in Node.js (preferred), Python, or Go

4+ years of frontend engineering experience in a JS web framework, preferably React

Strong TypeScript experience

3+ years of engineering experience working with cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Vercel, etc.)

Every job requires English proficiency, being based in LATAM.

Bonus Skills

2+ years of engineering experience in a fast-paced startup environment

Real production experience with AI coding tools

Experience building e-commerce, inventory management, ERP, or other solutions that require real-time experiences

In this role, you'll be expected to take ownership of the following responsibilities as part of your day-to-day work:

Design and build end-to-end product features across a complex business platform, including inventory, procurement, logistics, payments, and reporting.

Collaborate closely with the CTO and a small senior engineering team to define technical direction and product architecture.

Take ownership of system design decisions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability across the platform.

Leverage AI-powered tools and agents to accelerate development, while maintaining full responsibility for code quality and engineering judgment.

Contribute to shaping engineering standards, practices, and the overall evolution of the team as the company grows.

Partner with product and business stakeholders to translate real operational needs into robust technical solutions.
