We are seeking a DevOps Implementation Specialist to lead hands-on DevOps implementations and help enterprise teams modernize their development workflows. This role focuses on guiding customers through end-to-end DevOps transformations — from migrating legacy systems to modern Git-based workflows, to configuring CI/CD pipelines and training teams to become self-sufficient.

You will work closely with customer engineering and operations teams to install and configure our client's DevOps platform, design and implement pipelines, and deliver hands-on training and coaching throughout the adoption journey. Beyond implementation, you will also support the sales team on technical discovery calls and demos, bringing real-world context that builds prospect confidence.

This is a high-impact, customer-facing role for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, enabling teams, and directly improving how organizations build and deploy software.

3+ years in Git version control and Git-based workflows

Extensive experience with multiple Git platforms (GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket)

Strong knowledge of CI/CD principles and hands-on experience building and maintaining pipelines

Proven ability to design and implement branching strategies and release management processes

Strong Linux/Unix command-line skills and shell scripting experience

Excellent customer-facing communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly

Comfortable working with AI-assisted development tools and workflows

Experience leading technical training sessions or workshops

Every job requires English proficiency, being based in LATAM.

Bonus Skills

Familiarity with IBM i or AS/400 environments — learnable on the job, but a strong advantage

Experience with deployment automation tools (Ansible, Terraform)

Knowledge of build automation tools (Make, Maven, Gradle)

Familiarity with code quality tools (SonarQube, static analysis frameworks)

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and related tools (Jira, Azure Boards)

Previous experience in customer-facing implementation or consulting roles
