You’ll have the opportunity to architect and scale end-to-end machine learning systems that power real-world, high-impact products. This role goes beyond modeling—you’ll design robust data pipelines, build low-latency inference services, and deploy production-ready solutions at scale. You’ll work with massive datasets, applying advanced ML and deep learning techniques while ensuring performance, reliability, and efficiency.

You’ll play a key role in bridging research and production, owning the full lifecycle from experimentation to monitoring and continuous improvement. This position focuses on delivering measurable business impact through rigorous experimentation, scalable engineering, and thoughtful model design.

5+ years in Software Engineering (Sr)

Strong software engineering skills, including OOP, data structures, algorithms, and expert-level Python.

Proven experience developing and deploying production-grade ML pipelines end-to-end, from data processing to model deployment and monitoring.

Hands-on experience deploying models in low-latency, high-throughput environments using APIs, microservices, and containerized services.

Experience working with recommendation systems, ranking models, personalization, CTR prediction, or ad optimization.

Solid experience with PyTorch and Scikit-learn, with a track record of delivering both machine learning and deep learning models to production.

Every job requires English proficiency, being based in LATAM.

Bonus Skills

Experience designing agentic workflows or utilizing LLMs to automate ad creative generation, campaign copilot tools, or internal ML development workflows.

Experience working with large-scale data and distributed systems such as Spark or Kafka, along with strong SQL skills.

Strong understanding of statistics and experimentation, including A/B testing and measuring business impact.

Experience with a compiled or high-performance language such as C++, Java, or Go.

Background in AdTech, MarTech, or other high-scale data environments.
