The role focuses on leading product direction and execution in a fast-paced healthcare environment, where you’ll have the opportunity to define what gets built and why. You’ll own the product vision and roadmap, making prioritization decisions while serving as the main authority in customer and prospect conversations. The position involves working closely with engineering to translate customer needs into clear requirements across APIs, data models, and AI capabilities. You’ll also drive continuous discovery through user feedback, support insights, and market analysis. Additionally, you’ll oversee execution, ensuring smooth sprint delivery, product quality, and clear go-to-market communication for every release.

5+ years in Product Management (Sr)

Strong technical background, ideally with prior experience as a software developer or working on developer-focused products.

Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand technical concepts deeply.

Strong problem-solving skills with a sharp, analytical mindset.

Experience driving product decisions and delivering high-impact results.

Highly proactive, self-motivated, and able to take full ownership of initiatives.

Strong familiarity with AI tools and concepts (LLMs, RAG, agents, evals, reliability tradeoffs).

Every job requires English proficiency, being based in LATAM.

Bonus Skills

Experience in healthcare tech or HIPAA/compliance environments.

In this role, you'll be expected to take ownership of the following responsibilities as part of your day-to-day work:

Conduct customer interviews alongside forward-deployed engineers to uncover real user needs and pain points.

Analyze support tickets and competitor products to identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities to improve the product.

Translate insights into clear, detailed PRDs that guide product direction.

Partner with design to shape wireframes and define intuitive user experiences.

Drive sprint planning and backlog prioritization while supporting engineering teams in real time.

Ensure quality through hands-on UAT before every production release.

Align marketing, documentation, and internal teams on new technical capabilities and releases.

Lead demos and communicates new features to stakeholders and customers in a clear, compelling way.
