5+ years in Backend Engineering

Proficiency in C# and .NET 8 with dependency injection and decorator patterns

Experience with ICE Mortgage Encompass API patterns, auth flows, and resource locking

Experience in Python with agentic frameworks and the LangSmith ecosystem

Familiarity with graph databases like FalkorDB or Neo4j for agent memory architectures

Experience building or consuming Model Context Protocol (MCP) tool servers

Comfort working in an AI-assisted engineering workflow with Claude Code and multi-agent CI tooling

Every job requires English proficiency, being based in LATAM.

Bonus Skills

Working knowledge of pgVector and embeddings for retrieval-augmented systems

In this role, you'll be expected to take ownership of the following responsibilities as part of your day-to-day work:

Build and maintain loan document processing and integration services using .NET 8

Integrate with ICE Mortgage Encompass for loan data, documents, webhooks, and OAuth2 flows

Develop and orchestrate AI loan pipeline agents using Python and the LangSmith ecosystem

Expose agent capabilities as MCP tool servers via FastMCP

Implement graph-augmented memory architectures using FalkorDB and vector search with pgVector

Instrument services for observability using Datadog APM traces, DogStatsD metrics, and structured logs

Collaborate within an agent-driven development workflow utilizing Claude Code and automated PR review bots
