Our client is building an AI-powered consumer app that is changing the way people find jobs — and they are looking for a senior iOS engineer who loves shipping. The ideal candidate can pick up an ambiguous brief, figure out what actually matters, build it, and measure whether it moved the needle.
This is not a role for someone who wants to stay in a lane. The engineer will work across the iOS app, backend APIs, analytics, and product flows — bringing their own product judgment to every decision they make.
Responsibilities
Build and improve core iOS product features with a strong focus on user experience
Own onboarding, activation, retention, and key conversion flows
Fix bugs quickly across mobile and backend — no handoffs, no waiting
Design and run A/B tests; use analytics to drive product decisions
Make the app faster, smoother, and more polished over time
Work with backend APIs whenever needed to stay unblocked
Take features from idea to shipped product — and measure what happened
