This role focuses on building impactful BI solutions that transform complex data into clear, actionable insights. You’ll have the opportunity to design intuitive dashboards and reports that empower stakeholders across the business. The position centers on translating requirements into scalable data models, ensuring data accuracy through validation frameworks, and driving KPI consistency. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to elevate data quality and enable data-driven decision-making at scale.

5+ years in business intelligence or analytics

Proven track record delivering scalable BI solutions with strong stakeholder adoption.

Advanced proficiency in at least one BI platform (Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker), including data modeling, expression languages, and set analysis or equivalent - Qlik strongly preferred.

Advanced SQL, including complex queries with multiple CTEs across relational databases and data warehouses.

Proficiency with a cloud data platform (e.g., BigQuery) to profile, map, and validate data, and to translate data-availability gaps into clear, actionable requirements for data engineering teams.

Strong listening, presentation, and collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel.

Every job requires English proficiency, being based in LATAM.

Bonus Skills

Prior experience working in Retail or franchise experience.

Practical experience designing dimensional data models (star schema, slowly changing dimensions) for reporting and analytics.

Working knowledge of data governance principles, including KPI standardization and documentation.

Experience designing or implementing data validation and quality-assurance frameworks.

Experience supporting change-management activities for BI or analytics rollouts.

Experience working within Agile or iterative delivery frameworks for BI development.

In this role, you'll be expected to take ownership of the following responsibilities as part of your day-to-day work:

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.

Support requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders to translate business needs into BI solutions.

Support the creation and maintenance of dimensional data models designed to scale and meet business needs.

Implement data validation approaches to ensure accuracy and consistency of BI outputs.

Develop and support standardized KPI definitions and metric calculations to promote consistency across the organization.

Write advanced SQL to extract, transform, and model data for reporting.

Support change-management efforts for BI solutions.

Profile and map data within the cloud data platform to assess availability, identify gaps, and help define data-onboarding requirements for Enterprise Data Services.
