In this role, you'll be expected to take ownership of the following responsibilities as part of your day-to-day work:

Work within the existing integration POD structure to allow for parallel pathing

Independently run integration projects with 3rd party POS or catering platforms and enterprise brands

Define requirements for integrations and partner with engineering for implementation

Help shape the overall integration roadmap in coordination with the POD lead

Tell a compelling story using research and data to evangelize the roadmap and vision

Build deep empathy for ezCater users and become their champion

Lead product initiatives collaboratively across cross-functional teams to build new functionalities

Identify areas for innovation and improvement to ensure an unparalleled user experience

Create and monitor ongoing metrics that measure and define success

Travel to Boston quarterly for planning and business reviews
