This company is a technology-driven innovator transforming direct mail marketing through a combination of advanced software and in-house engineered robotics. They have developed a new advertising medium that blends personalized, robotically handwritten mail with a powerful SaaS platform designed for smart targeting and campaign automation.
Fully integrated into the broader omnichannel marketing ecosystem, their solution enables businesses to identify high-value leads, run efficient, data-driven campaigns, and create more meaningful customer connections. By delivering highly personalized physical mail that consistently outperforms traditional printed alternatives, the company’s mission is to make direct mail as effortless, measurable, and impactful as digital advertising.
Our client runs a fully autonomous engineering org — teams own their roadmap, architecture, and delivery end to end. What they need is someone to own the seams between those teams: the dependencies that stall quietly, the decisions that never quite get made, the work two teams each assumed the other had covered.
This role takes that on directly, driving coordination and visibility across the entire engineering org without pulling ownership away from the teams doing the work. It's a high-trust, high-autonomy position for someone who'd rather make a whole org run well than own a single slice of it — leading through influence, clarity, and relentless follow-through.
What the role owns
The roll-up of every engineering initiative across the org
Unblocking stalled dependencies and undecided calls until they're resolved
Turning ambiguous cross-team problems into clear next steps with named owners
Early risk surfacing, with judgment on what to escalate and what to leave alone
Culture: AI-native, lightweight process by default, ship small and often.
Industry-competitive salary.
Open and encouraged PTO policy.
9 company-paid holidays.
In this role, you'll be expected to take ownership of the following responsibilities as part of your day-to-day work:
