Our client runs a fully autonomous engineering org — teams own their roadmap, architecture, and delivery end to end. What they need is someone to own the seams between those teams: the dependencies that stall quietly, the decisions that never quite get made, the work two teams each assumed the other had covered.
This role takes that on directly, driving coordination and visibility across the entire engineering org without pulling ownership away from the teams doing the work. It's a high-trust, high-autonomy position for someone who'd rather make a whole org run well than own a single slice of it — leading through influence, clarity, and relentless follow-through.
