+4 years as a QA Engineer (Mid Level/Sr).

Proven experience in a QA Engineer role, with a strong focus on manual testing.

Hands-on experience testing across Apple and Android eco-systems and web applications.

Solid understanding of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes.

Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for finding edge cases.

Experience with bug tracking and project management tools like Jira or Asana.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Every job requires English proficiency, being based in LATAM.

Bonus Skills

Experience with scripting for automation, particularly around endpoints, services, and the backend layer.

Proficiency in a scripting or programming language such as Python.

Familiarity with the audiobook or publishing industry.

Engineering staff

The engineering organization has two main teams.

Cloud Team: 7 Full-Stack Developers managing the website and platform infrastructure.

Mobile Team: 1 Android and 1 iOS Developer maintaining the mobile apps.

Both teams are supported by a Project Manager and an Engineering Manager to ensure coordination and alignment.

QA process

Code is peer-reviewed and tested before merging, with automated tests ensuring quality.

Larger features are tested by the PM and relevant stakeholders through review apps.
