The frequency is set by the Engineering Manager inside the squad or higher hierarchy (for example, CTO).

QA process

QA receives a card and writes the test cases for it.

If there are already test cases written, QA just creates the test run and performs manual testing. If everything checks up, it moves up the card; otherwise, it bounces it back.
