This role focuses on leading the end-to-end delivery of complex web applications while managing multiple concurrent projects in a high-accountability environment. You’ll work closely with engineering teams, ensuring milestones and quality standards are consistently met, while confidently addressing performance gaps when needed. You’ll also play a key role in translating ambiguous client requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications, acting as a bridge between business needs and engineering execution. The position involves leading client interactions, driving alignment, and turning challenges into productive outcomes. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys combining hands-on project leadership, solution-oriented thinking, and strong client-facing communication in a fast-paced setting.

5+ years in Lead Implementation Specialist

Experience working within the US healthcare industry or in HealthTech, with familiarity with HIPAA, PHI handling, and EHR/EMR systems.

Strong understanding of US healthcare terminology and processes.

Solid knowledge of the software development lifecycle, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineers while translating technical updates for non-technical stakeholders.

Proficiency with Jira.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead client calls and produce clear, professional documentation.

Tech-savvy, adaptable, and comfortable learning and adopting new tools and technologies.

Every job requires English proficiency, being based in LATAM.

Bonus Skills

Experience setting up or managing client-facing project management tools or dashboards, such as ClickUp, Linear, Monday.com.

Experience working in fast-paced, client-facing delivery environments managing multiple concurrent projects.
