We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support one of our executives with scheduling and calendar coordination.
About the Role
You'll own the scheduling layer for an executive — managing their calendar, coordinating internal and external meetings, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. The work is straightforward but requires someone reliable, proactive, and highly organized.
Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate customer meetings across time zones
Manage and maintain the executive's calendar on a day-to-day basis
Send calendar invites, confirmations, and reminders
Handle rescheduling and conflict resolution as needed
Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders and external contacts
