We're looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer to join a global product team building cloud-connected security cameras, video doorbells, and smart home platforms used by millions of people every day. You'll own the design and evolution of automated testing frameworks across mobile, web, and API layers — deeply integrated into CI/CD pipelines and with a real opportunity to push AI-assisted QA practices forward. The ideal candidate brings hands-on automation expertise, a strong sense of ownership, and the kind of proactive, self-sufficient mindset that turns technical ambiguity into clear solutions — no formal management experience required, just the drive to lead by example and build things that last.

5+ years in Test Automation

Strong hands-on automation experience, especially in mobile automation

High knowledge of AI and practical understanding of how AI can be applied to QA, automation, testing productivity, defect analysis, and quality improvement.

Solid understanding of Page Object Model (POM), why it matters, and how to apply it in maintainable automation frameworks.

Hands-on expertise with Python, Selenium, Appium, XCUI, and Playwright.

Experience with Robot Framework or similar automation frameworks.

Strong experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Experience working closely with DevOps teams to optimize test execution and deployment processes.

Ability to lead initiatives, take ownership, and drive work to completion without needing constant direction.

Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex technical issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Every job requires English proficiency, being based in LATAM.

Bonus Skills

Experience with hardware testing or software interacting with physical devices.

Experience testing IoT, connected devices, mobile apps, web applications, or security products.

Knowledge of SwiftUI and Kotlin is positively valued.

Experience with AI-powered testing tools, test generation, test maintenance, predictive defect detection, or automation acceleration.

Track record of innovative problem-solving and proactive ownership in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
