We are seeking a DevOps Customer Solutions Engineer to lead hands-on DevOps implementations and support enterprise teams in modernizing their development workflows. This role focuses on guiding customers through end-to-end DevOps transformations, including migrating from legacy development tools to modern Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
You will work closely with customer engineering and operations teams to install and configure DevOps platforms, design and implement CI/CD pipelines, and provide training and guidance to help teams become self-sufficient. The role combines deep technical work with customer interaction, owning implementations from initial setup through production adoption.
This is a high-impact, customer-facing role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, enabling teams, and directly improving how organizations build and deploy software.
