After scaling its clinical operations, the company is now investing heavily in building a modern tech stack to measure therapy quality, generate actionable insights for clinicians, and validate outcomes—laying the foundation for an AI-powered clinical intelligence platform.
This position focuses on building and deploying production-grade AI agents that improve real-world workflows end-to-end. You’ll have the opportunity to design, ship, and own LLM-powered systems—from architecture to how they perform in production—working with modern agent frameworks, RAG pipelines, and multi-step reasoning.
This role involves making thoughtful decisions about whether to use agent-based solutions or simpler approaches, always keeping reliability, scalability, and cost in mind. You’ll also work closely with cross-functional teams, helping them adopt and manage these systems effectively. It’s a hands-on role that combines engineering with enablement, where everything you build is actively used and drives real impact.
