A fast-growing, therapist-led mental health practice delivering personalized online psychotherapy across New York, with expansion underway into new U.S. markets. After scaling its clinical operations, the company is now investing heavily in building a modern tech stack to measure therapy quality, generate actionable insights for clinicians, and validate outcomes—laying the foundation for an AI-powered clinical intelligence platform.
Our client is a fully remote behavioral health practice — 91+ clinicians, 5,000+ clients, US-based with expansion planned for Q3 2026. Every operational workflow (intake, billing, supervision, recruiting, marketing) is being rewritten with agentic AI. They are not exploring AI. They are shipping it.
You will embed with one department at a time, map the real workflow, build and ship production agents, train the team that inherits them, and move to the next. The work is roughly half engineering, half enablement. Both halves are required.
