We are seeking a strong Senior / Staff Back-End Developer with deep expertise in C#/.NET and SQL to architect and develop the robust systems that drive its platform. This role involves working on complex, data-intensive applications, large-scale services, and performance-critical pipelines. The developer will also play a pivotal role in shaping the product’s technical direction, ensuring new features are delivered quickly and reliably while maintaining scalability and performance.

7+ years in Software Engineer

Staff- or Lead-level engineering experience with ownership of complex architecture and technical direction.

4+ years deep expertise in C#/.NET and building scalable back-end systems.

Deep SQL knowledge (query optimization, indexing, performance tuning, schema design).

Strong experience with data ingestion pipelines, ETL, and large-scale data workflows.

Experience integrating external APIs and third-party systems.

Proficiency with unit testing, integration testing, and smoke testing, using frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, Moq, or NSubstitute.

Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications in Azure Cloud (or AWS).

Every job requires English proficiency, being based in LATAM.

Bonus Skills

Experience with distributed systems, messaging, or cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS).

Quick learner and debugger, able to dive into unfamiliar systems with confidence.

Strong product sense, able to see the big picture.
