Our client is standing up a Program Office to support the next phase of a major re-platforming effort. This is the first hire into that office, working directly with the Program Manager to build program-level infrastructure from the ground up — documentation standards, progress metrics, and developer-proficiency tracking across engineering workstreams. You'll both shape the recommendations and drive their implementation, with close collaboration with the Program Manager as the Program Office matures.
