Our client is a fast-moving SaaS company looking for a Senior Infrastructure / Platform Engineer to take true ownership of their cloud platform. This isn't a ticket-driven role — you'll have direct impact on how the infrastructure scales, how secure it is, and how fast the engineering team can ship. If you thrive in high-autonomy environments where you can assess, prioritize, and execute on your own terms, this is the role for you.

6+ years in DevOps, Infraestructure or Platform roles

Experience owning architecture decisions

Deep AWS expertise: VPC, EKS, IAM, RDS, CloudWatch, and multi-account setups

Strong Kubernetes knowledge: cluster management, Helm, network policies, workload security

Infrastructure-as-Code fluency — Terraform required; Pulumi or CDK a plus

Demonstrated ownership of security posture: hardening, policy enforcement, audit tooling (GuardDuty, CloudTrail, or equivalent)

Ability to operate independently: you define your own priorities, manage your own backlog, and deliver without hand-holding

Experience in SaaS or product-focused environments preferred

Every job requires English proficiency, being based in LATAM.

Bonus Skills

Experience building or maturing internal developer platforms (IDP)

GitOps tooling: ArgoCD, Flux

Service mesh (Istio, Linkerd)

FinOps / cost optimization on AWS

Exposure to compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001)
